Item icon updates soon?

Summoner's rift has been updated, a mass texture rebalancing has been started, visual upgrades have been done, summoner's spells icons have been updated, ability icons of a few champions have been updated, mass splash art updates has been done... Edit: Even some summoner's icons are getting an update.

BUT

We still have the old season 1 icons for most items. Can we hope for a mass item icon update soon?
