Rammus Better Have Real Lore

Rammus has had this horrible lore for years now where he has been defined by literally nothing. If Riot comes out and writes 3 pages that sum up to "we don't know anything about him," I am going to be extremely upset. I am not saying he needs an origin but don't throw out "here are 3 guesses on where he came from" from the viewpoint of Shuriman villagers as being anything of substance (I'm looking at you Amumu lore.)

Most of the other champions have their lore told through the champion's third person limited view. It's frustrating when this viewpoint is changed for "mysterious champions" because it doesn't make any sense for them not to know about themselves. The only champion that should really be a mystery to the reader is Renekton because he isn't aware of his past anymore, thus he cannot reveal to us his origin in his present state. Rammus should have a general idea of what has happened to him and his objectives in life and I think that it's finally time for us to learn something of them.

I've been a rammus main since like season 2, I like the mystery of rammus. He's just there, no one knows how or why.

Rammus is ridiculous wrapped in absurdity wrapped in ludicrous. I'd be happy if he was relaunched as something more serious in the universe, but still lighthearted instead of this constant joke that seems like a sore thumb in the game. He's the Jar Jar Binks of LOL.
