Pulsefire Cait would surely be a super-badass skin, if only...

... she actually had an ability-kit worth to put in scene with a skin of this caliber. Just look at Jhin and what people managed to do with his kit in terms of skins, and now compare this to Cait who has the gameplay of "rightclick them to death with range, and occasionally shoot a fat projectile that's gone too fast to bother with any elaborate designs".

The moment she gets a rework this skin will surely be one of the most badass things we got in the game, but until then... well, all I can see is a massive waste of effort that could have gone somewhere else.
