The Frozen Watchers and Poros theory

My theory is that the poros are made by the Watchers to watch over the humans so they know what is waiting them in the surface.I mean they are like countless little creatures that everyone likes and accepts.And they are so similar to the Frozen Watchers with the fur,legs,horns.The poros have to came from somewhere and in Ornn's lore there were no mentions of little ball like creatures.And if there were for sure they would bother Ornn and were going to be in his lore.But if they came after/before the Frozen Watchers appearance.
