Wrong. Although he did get a good amount of tweaks and improvements, that's not a "full VU"

Definitely better than it was though, and I think we should give it some time, considering it's only on PBE and everything is subject to change.

Not really no. And I'm a PBE tester who has looked at this skin in game multiple times each time hating it more -- Katey and the other developers are just like "that's how it is XD" with no changes planned when I posted on PBE. Just admit that Riot wants to hype Caitlyn and the only reason they updated PFE was to promote her skin.

Yeah, of course they're doing that. They're releasing a new skin, so they want to promote it. Congratulations on figuring it out. [zombie-brand-clap] The entire reason it's on PBE is BECAUSE it's not finished. Of course they don't have any scheduled updates, it's only been on a day, and 7.10 (presumably the patch it'll be added on) is two weeks away. Try a little patience why don't you?

How about I've been here a long time and when the Rioters have already said their piece on PBE forums, I probably know where its going?

What I'm saying is that the only reason they are updating PFE is to promote PFC and that if PFC wasn't being released, PFE would be completely ignored and it's obvious that they didn't put in much effort to bring PFE up to that 3250 price tag. More effort was put into PFC who has better visuals, animations, longer VO, more diverse recalls, etc.... than the skin that is 1400 more RP. The upgrade was a quick slap on to get more PFC sales and that means it is gonna suffer.

You'd have to be deaf to not hear the Pulsefire Ezreal complaints. This was a long time coming. They're trying to maximize the situation: they're taking advantage of releasing a skin by updating an old one and vice versa. It's not just a one-way thing, it's a mutually beneficial situation. Besides, it's not like they haven't done this before. They did the same with Championship Zed's release and Championship Riven's update. It's a smart business move: They can work from the ground up with a new skin, but they have to work with what they've got when updating a skin. Of course it would go unnoticed, because they have to keep a lot of it the same, which they have. And in case you haven't noticed, the ONE thing that separates ultimate skins from legendary skins is that they can change form throughout the course of the match. DJ Sona can do that, but doesn't have a VO whatsoever, making up for it with the ability to change the soundtrack. Spiritguard Udyr does it, but only on his arms and head, making up for it with the spectral animals. Elementalist Lux can do it without having to make up for anything, and so can Pulsefire Ezreal. I'm pretty sure that covers the VO and the "diverse" recalls where she wears a different hat every time. Aesthetic quality is a matter of opinion, so don't bring that up. I don't know what you want. What do you think is a better decision? You've voiced your complaints, now specify.
