With the upcoming Kennen VU
It is sad to see that his skin Arctic Ops doesn't get a special treatment... it is an old and expensive skin, and only his model and auto change :(
It has the potential to become a good skin still !!

This is an effect update oh geez, his actual VgU with small emphasis on g because its 
level work, will come someday, this is just a hold over until that day comes.
It still is a good skin, not all of them were noisy in visual effects. That was the main reason the base and bloodmoon were updated. His whole kit will get enhanced though for all skins when they do his small vgu in the future.
