The man in this splash is likely just another one of Camille’s victims. There are two versions of the splash probably to respect China’s censorship of blood.
It looks more like a bird (crow) with a crest on it's feathers.
It's probably just me, but it kinda looks like Ekko. I doubt that it's him, though.
