Why the hell is everything so cloudy?!?

Seriously, I cannot seem to find a splash where it isn't all cloudy or foggy and there's an actual clear sky. (more particular, a clear NIGHT sky)

Is Runeterra always in cloud cover or something? lol

If you were the Runeterra version of a Popparazzo attempting to take pictures of Runeterra stars (WHO ARE KILLERS!), wouldn't you want some cloud cover to help hide? :)
