@Riot can we please make Karthus Lightsbane not Pay2Lose?

One of the more common complaints among the Karthus mains is that the Q on Karthus Lightsbane makes it so people can dodge it more than his other skins. Is there a way his Q can be tweaked so that it's not so glaringly obvious to the enemy? I'm just trying to make the skin evenly matched with his other skins because it is a good looking skin, but it's Pay2Lose right now.
