Yes, Riot has increased Shyvana's dragon size a bit. However....

It's still not big enough. She still looks smaller than the npc dragons.

The fact her size levels up with her R is a stupid idea. Because she's not Cho'Gath. We can tell what level she is, because it's displayed right next to her, so we don't need her size to change to let everyone know her status (instead, we need Zac's or Cho'Gath's size change to know how much health they got regardless of their level).
In short: increase Shyvana's dragon model still by a little bit, and do NOT make it change according to how many points she has in her ultimate.
I'm not even mentioning that I wish she USED those wings, because at this point I'm telling myself she's a dragon who doesn't know how to fly.
