Cass tail update NOT on 7.3?

Am I the only one with this issue? I first tested it with some of her skins, then I tried it with her classic one and still no trace of the tech-update which was shown off on the PBE.

Did they forget to put onto the live client or is there anyone out there who got this stuff working for them?

Cassio's tail tech should be in now
