I would be fine with Jinx being an adopted daughter of Warwick. However "you were there" could have meant that he remembered murdering someone (Jinx's parents) and Jinx was there. Also if Jinx turned Warwick over to Singed, it could simply be because she realized Warwick murdered her parents and started to hate his guts. However, I don't think she turned him in to Singed, cause he states at the end of Engineering the Nightmare that he's going to start looking for Warwick via the name he whispered which is very likely Jinx's real name. From there, I think Singed found Jinx and experimented on/tortured her, resulting in her current insanity.

The part about Camille is just all wrong though, cause Camille's dead siblings were older than her and she would have been around 50 or 60 when Jinx and Vi were young. Camille in present time is around 80 years old. Her being older than she appears is hinted in The Weakest Heart, with her younger brother being an old man.

Also, I think it is more likely Camille killed Vi and Jinx's parents (atleast Vi's since we don't know for sure if they are siblings). They could have been posing a threat to her family and/or Piltover as a whole, so she took them out and maybe even set the the two children in a basket on the river. Warwick could have found the basket, but was only able to get Jinx out before it floated along; however that raises the question of why he wouldn't just grab the basket.
