Was the Void Made?

This theory highly intrigues me since a lot of the Void lore and creatures seem to have evolved VERY VERY specifically, almost as if they were made for a purpose. Something else is nearly all potential forms of combat for the Void have been filled in (excluding aquatic) so how long till we might meet a potential Void leader?

One of the first Voidborns in Valoran, he is made for feeding himself. He hungers and hungers and hungers to get bigger. He is almost like a hunger that needs to be sated, making him a very good Invader or Siege Engine for the Void since he is very durable, powerful, and large. But how is his species fed while they are in the Void if there is next to nothing there but other Void creatures and probably terrain?

Boom, this is my theory and one that has been said before. Kog'Maw is a living Void Portal, which is why he is always hungry and can eat huge things, and the things he eats are injected directly into the Void in order to provide for the Voidspawn still in the Void. All inanimate objects or scraps are then thrown back out as his vomit.

Highly adaptable, Kha'Zix provides a great needs for a foot soldier of the Void to assist in ground combat alongside Cho's species. More agile and deadly to make up for Cho's species sluggish movement.

What happens if the Void cannot get through a wall? Go under it. Rek'sai's Xer'sai species is extreme diggers and very vicious. However, they seem less intelligent, so the other Void creatures likely have to lure them to certain locations. Rek'sai is sent into a world, breeds Xer'sai, and then is lured by other Void creatures such as Vel'Koz in particular to areas of "high meat capacity".

Vel'Koz is likely the smartest being of the Void and a fine general. Are they the leaders of the Void? Maybe. But then who whispers?
