New Blood Moon skins a let down?

I'm sure everyone has probably seen the new Blood Moon teaser poster, as well as the video. Everyone's hyped Blood Moon Diana and Jhin have finally arrived, but maybe it's not all that people expect. Seeing that there's four new skins, instead of two or even three, it's highly likely that they will be 750 RP quality, which at best...isn't very good at all.

Most 750 skins tend to lack new particle effects, backing animations, and varying animations in general. This would be a real letdown for the Blood Moon skin line, since (most) of the Blood Moon skins tend to be very high quality, except for the earlier skins such as Akali and Shen.

Riot dropping the ball with these very hyped skins (Jhin and Diana specifically) would probably be a real shame for the community and the people who asked for them, but I guess we can only wait and see.

Of course, I could be talking out of my ass and they'll all live up to the quality of previous skins. Perhaps Jhin and Diana are the main focus, since they were the only two that could really be "seen" in the teaser poster.
