"You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors." Question

Hello,

I was playing an ARAM game this evening and everything in champ select was normal until the timer hit zero and I got a message that said that the game was delayed and would take a few minutes to start, I waited a few minutes but the game would never actually enter the loading screen. Decided to fully restart the client and got into the game about 5-7 minutes late.

Played the game out and lost, but at the end of the game I wasn't marked a leaver, but still recieved the message in the title that says "You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors.".

Is this just meant for that one game or is this now a consistent punishment where I won't be able to earn any loot from now on? If it's the latter does anyone have a ballpark estimate of how long it takes to get rid of?

Just looking for some more recent answers, thanks to anyone who knows anything about it.
