/Remake Penalty Question

Hello, I have a pretty basic question about the /remake system that I can't seem to find an answer to.

I was recently the leaver, and my team remade their game. Of course, I didn't receive IP/XP for the game, but I am more uncertain about how my account is flagged by LeaverBuster. I have not been placed in low priority queue, but I was wondering if this leaver occurrence will eventually decay?

If anyone could answer, i'd be very thankful. Thanks!

From personal experience(playing back from season 2):

I left around 5 games In my whole time playing, yet I never got leaver buster, so it probably decays over time. Your account is tagged by leaver buster because you were the reason for the remake, If I had to guess, it decays in around 3 months.

If it happens frequently or you afk/leave games frequently you will get a penalty. If it is a rare occurrence, you shouldn't have to worry.
