You guys said Annie as an adult would be cool as a separate character, and we keep getting these rehashed fucking Annie skins with new particles at most and never anything really interesting.
So when will our Kid finally grow up, Riot?
The problem with that is that the entire champion would need to get a full model upgrade. Making a whole new model and animations for a champion is stuff that might even be past ultimate tier. Past that, it would be exactly the same as the current Annie as you can't buff her noticeably when she's playing a specific skin, and her spells and particles would be the same because she's not gonna morph upon growing up.

That won't ever happen. One important thing about skins is that they want to keep the shape of the champ in tact for clarity reasons. A skin like this would change her shape waaaay too much and could make her look like an entirely new champion.
