Children were born and died since the Retcon
And still the Retcon isn't finished. Still, there are champions that can only exist with the League - Jax, Lee, Fiddle... One year and a half Riot. Play less and work more.
Yes, I said that. Fite me.

Your title is so obvious Its like saying water is wet.
water is wet.
PLOT TWIST!
Is it wrong that I read that in the voice of Mr. Torgue Flexington?
I mean that we've had a time of incomplete and incoherent universe that's longer than the lifespan of quite a handful of people.

Well isnt that obvious, you know how many people there are on this planet and how many are born and die in this very instance.
Yes but in a year and a half a kid learns to speak and develops it's own personality. It becomes a person with a story. Parents tend to not perceive it due to the attachment, but a 1 year old is much more relatable than a newborn.
Man, talking about children dying is awful. You shoud be ashamed of yourself, good sir.
But people die, and children are people.
Granted, it'd have been more relevant if I had talked about the number of players and lore fans who died without seeing the retcon finished.
Well every year 1 in every 120 people die in england and wales, give or take.
If we assume that there are 27 million people playing league, that every twelve months 1/120 of those people die (which isn't unrealistic given most league players are from developed countries), and that it's been eighteen months since the retcon, then...
The answer is 337,500. That many players.
Well, you've got to take into account the fact that we don't have many elderly people playing League while they make the most part of developed countries's population, so it's probably closer to 100k, but still.
I agree that all this time to just update the lore is ridiculous. Someone could have written a decent book by this time.
Also, by the time you have read this comment, someone in the world has likely died. The title is pointless.
