Warring Kingdoms Katarina looks so bland from behind
It's because her hair and her pants are both dark gray My suggestion is do something with the hair. Maybe red tips? (like the yellow on Sona's hair) or golden hair accessories?

As it is now, even with the current particles, it does not look 975 worthy. More like 750.
If more flair was added to the abilities, THEN it'd be 975.
Gonna give Riot the benefit of the doubt though and assume they will be adding more to it, they just wanted to push her out there.
The hair is what makes the entire skin bland. Every katarina skin has the same hair, the only thing that changes is the color (with little exceptions, such as Bilgewater Katarina. It's just a hat over the same hairstyle). A different hairstyle could do the work, but if they want to keep her "signature hair", maybe something like a tiara or a diadem, or even flowers, could add that needed flair.
Warring Kingdom kat's hair need some modification. perhaps with 2 hair buns !!?? coz it's just extremely weird to have hair that just drops straight down if it's a chinese culture inspired skin.
I have to agree that this is a very bland skin for Katarina. The skin looks very similar to the rest of the skins that she already has and there is nothing special about it. And seeing as it is a "Special Event" skin it really should reflect that in appearance. For me not only are the colours bland but everything about her is the same as other skins such as Mercenary Kat or High Command Kat: Lots of bust and long hair. There is no real defining feature that stands out.
At the very least Riot should do something different with her hair rather than just leaving it long and down like everything else. Look at Annie and her Lunar Revel skin, her hair is tied up in twin buns. Jinx is very well known for her super long twin braids but her Mafia skin has short hair. Even Ashe and Sonahave skins with short hair to change things up. I really feel that Riot should tie up Katarina's hair for a much needed change and add in some ornamental hair picks to make the skin feel different from everything else as well as fit in with the rest of the theme.
The last thing we need is Katarina turning into the next Lux with her pile of skins that all lack diversity.
Warring kingdoms Katarina just looks like garbage in general. Like 520 worthy.
The recall Animation for Warring Kingdom Katarina is amazing, the blades on her back look really cool also.

The actual skin itself needs to be looked at because it looks really bad (not just a little bad but ugly like bilgewater), the white shirt does not work on bilgewater and it does not work on WKK. The red cuffs and gold outline on everything looks bad.

All Clothing and armguards should be black. Remove all of the gold, red and white from the skin, if it was any of the aforementioned colors paint it black do this and bump the price up to 1350 because it would be worth that or more. Do not do it and it will be a 520 skin like bilgewater (splash looks good on bilge, but in game this is the worst skin of any champ in game).
Please do not release this skin in its current state.

True, red tips would look nice and golden accessories too. There was an unreleased Crimson Elite skin where she had golden accessories. But that thing she has in her hair now is very random lol.
It'll probably be a 750 (just a feeling) since the model is relatively plain and since Jinx is going to be 1350. That said, won't be buying anyway XD
if she doesn't have new particles I m not buying
But, Riot has shown us that 975 RP skins will always have new particle effects from now on
I love her hair the way it is, it is the color scheme that is appalling.
The only skin she has with dark hair is her worst skin (bilge water), I welcome seeing dark flowing hair in game. I am afraid this skin will ship this way and be just like bilge water and ship unusable.
Please Riot, fix the color scheme on this skin. Over 2 years kat has waited for a skin, it needs to be worth the wait. The skin needs to be special.
