Are Xayah's and Gnar's bird skulls from the same type of bird?

They look very similar and seem to be around the same size. Is it possible they come from the same or similar bird species? Gnar came from the Ancient Frelyord and Xayah/Rakan are from Ionia, but is there any way that they are related?
