C'mon Rito, It's been 2 years since Karthus had a skin, he could've gotten something REALLY COOL with this year's Pool Party skin line! Imagine the water FX that could've been in his abilities, and stuff. Can he finally get the skin that he deserves finally? each PBE patch I wait and sigh in misery when I discover my favorite lich still hasn't gotten a skin this time around.. How long must I wait?
Pool party isn't about water effects though,its more about pool(or in some cases beach) gear.
And I dunno what could have been done to make pp-karthus a good skin.(though I think dark star karthus would have been great)
