I saw the video she looks cool but her eyebrows really REALLY bother me .-. not saying they should be on fleek or w.e but yeahhhhhhhhhhhh... .-.

Design wise are intresting and character defining. They weirded me out too at first xD but now i can see them better :)
Gonna take a wild guess and say they don't sell tweezers in the Shuriman Desert.
People wanting to "redefine beauty standards" was my first guess at the artistic reasoning but then again not every character has to be beautiful. Just look at

. If it's true for a male why not a female I guess. Still can't lie and say I'm a big fan of the artistic design tho.
