My only guess is this is Karma since she always has that thing above her head, who else could it be?

It's Sona, look at the description. Ziggs gets a new skin as well, although I didn't spot him in the video.

The description mentions that Sona will also get a skin,so this is most likely her.
That golden ring is likely there to replace her pigtails or transforms into her instrument.
It's Sona, but that design is misleading.
This is the first time we've seen Sona without her instrument, and only the second time we've seen her without twin-tails (Pentakill).
The in game model is fine, but this first look ain't so great.
Riot has done some amazing visual work lately, they can do better. Heck over other element of this skin line is outstanding! It's just a shame to see a character design confusion like this. You're gonna get people's hopes up like that.
I would guess Soraka or Karma. Karama because of the simplistic attire and the halo thing she's got around her head. Soraka because she looks a lot more delicate, and the long veil can easily be used as a replacement for her hair.
That said, I don't think these will be Super Galaxy Skins. Super Galaxy takes inspiration from animes like Guren Laggen and Gundam, and they specifically have mechs that they use and pilot. Plus, Elise is the villain in that skin line. This line looks new, possibly in the same skinverse as Dreadnova and Bullet Angel/Gun Goddess. There's a more distinctly sci-fi feel to this line and less of an anime feel.

You fell into the same trap I did lol, but I had this nagging thought in the back of my head sayin “Wait Riot doesn’t care about Karma it’s probably just another Sona skin” and then I looked at the description, and sadly I was right.
Possibly Karma but who knows.
