Are the Shadow Isles Doomed?

Now that Illaoi has faded into existence from the Isle of Retcons, what's going to happen to the Shadow Isles vs. this priestess and her "White Mist" power?

The Black Mist and associated cursed fiends and characters seem powerless against the White Mist. The only person from the Shadow Isles that may stand a chance is Mordekaiser, as he's not really a Shadow Isles character to begin with (anymore). Although I think Morde could really care less about Shadow Isles as he's just using it as a place to hide his bones.

So can Illaoi just waltz into Shadow Isles and start wiping them out now? What is the narrative excuse for her never being around to ward off the Harrowing? And why was she not doing this to begin with instead of waiting until the last moment after so many people had died?

Repelling the black mist took illaoi(not sure if she was even alone,I think she had some followers at her side) a lot of effort and time. After Illaoi was done, she collapsed of exhaustion. And she mentioned that you have to sacrifice something for this to happen, dunno if she was talking about the effort that she put into the ritual or something else....

Not to mention the fact that she kinda had to stall Hecarim to succeed; If he hadn't stopped to talk and just butchered here there and then, he'd have won out, as he'd have interrupted the ritual and nothing would've threatened the Black Mist.

But they almost had her sort of. And she got super tired after repelling them. And you saw she struggled with it, they were for quite sometime doing the ritual dance thingy around the statue, meanwhile others were dying trying to hold them off.

So I doubt she can go to their base and live. Also, some of the dead chose to go on, while the others who did not were just repelled by her. I don't think they die, either they move on and are exorcized or they run from the light.

If anything I think after this event more and more people will worship the Bearded Lady, and in future Harrowings they may have a better defence.

Shadow Isles should fear Lucian IMO :D he's coming for Senna's soul!
