A lot of the older champions have a very low amount of lines. Since Fiora is getting reworked, does that mean her VO is going to be updated to include more lines? I know MF didn't get any VO changes, but it would've nice if she did as well.

Doesn't look like it. She's getting the Singed, Kassadin and Miss Fortune treatment in terms of VU with no VO.
Still, she doesn't need a VU anyway. I still don't understand why they even bother when they could just go down the route of Soraka, Sona and Veigar in terms of leaving the models alone and simply rework their gameplay/kit.

She doesn't have one on the PBE afaik, so most likely no.
It's better that way if you ask me. Given the quality of the content the rework team puts out I'd rather have it they leave as much untouched as possible.

I think it would be up on PBE by now if she were; I haven't seen one, so I don't think so. Fiora's also a relatively recent champion release (at least compared to many of the other champions that have been receiving updates), so they probably don't think VO work is as necessary
