@Riot, Any plans for a VU or at least a new skin for my Temporal Time Daddy: Zilean?

I love this guy, from his kit to his corny jokes and right down to his Rocky Horror Picture Show references.

But He looks kind of.... meh in comparison to some of the more lively designs of some newer champs.

Any plans for an update visually or at least a skin that makes him look a bit more polished?

Heck, at this point, I wouldn't care if you changed most of his look. As long as he's old and tells bad jokes.

Though I think that he is among the Tier2-candidates.

Tbh I hope they rework his kit to actually feel like he controls/has some sort of time power. The ult, speed up a and passive are on the right track imo. But they would need to flesh out his powers first.
