Okay so like before i get into this i wanna say Riot you definitely up the anti with the skins this whole season like you made some bad ass skins like literally speechless on some buuttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt we need more community driven choices VS what Riot chooses who gets a new skin. Its understandable that a lot of champs are on the VGU list or currently undergoing a VGU in development and this effects what gets released. Too be fair i think it would cool if not every single skin line but every so often the players of league should be able to vote for a desired champion to get a new skin and then have champions whom have gotten skins recently by a certain amount of time ago to be unable to be voted for. Like tbh heartseeker Quinn could of been a really cool Jhin skin and im pretty sure Jhins popularity surpasses Quin by FARRR so it doesnt make sense from a marketing point either.

Also posted about this a few months back i think Riot deleted it for being on the wrong section on the forums but yeah i suggested that Riot should release a runway skin line theme. You know like with the models walking ina line showing off designer clothes ?? yeah i thought it be a must for Jhin along with some Rengar TwistedFate Fiora Elise Annie EzrealRyze Taric Volibear potential candidates.

Quinn herself doesn't have that many skins,so I'm pretty ok with Quinn getting the skin.

Also they likely have another skin in the works for Jhin.

Community Driven skins are normally pretty drained in regards to creativity, and whilst there are times I disagree with Riot's choice of skins, they are typically pretty solid. In all honesty we should see a new Illaoi skin, and another RekSai skin, before we see a new Jhin skin. They're both pretty overdue for skins at this point.

Riot don't typically make skins in regards to champion popularity, as they are decided up to 8 months in advance. It's usually the balancing department who make champions stronger around the time of their release, not the other way around. Skins aren't decided by champion popularity, champions are balanced around skin releases.

Do you know how long it takes to make skins? The community wouldn't have the patience for it.
