Possibly not yet. I feel like the Worldbuilding and Narrative teams will be saving these two for a full blown Ionia Story Update. But who knows? We've had some oddities before (Although these very oddities were either updated/new champions that haven't previously gotten their own bios and stories, or the ones that didn't make sense without the Institute of War and the League of Legends).
