If you have to ask, I would say save them. I've had 10 for a little bit now but I don't get lucky like my friends who open them every god damn box. I wouldn't mind having the Annie, Hecarim, or Kog skin, but at the same time what if they release a hextech skin for one of my homies and I'm either screwed or have to spend 10000000000 dollars to get 10 more gemstones?
