Safecracker is complete booty - and boobs all in skintight leather. Also not sure if you're aware, but it's her most expensive skin, so it was a step up for her. As for champions who NEED skins, Yorick, Taric, Urgot, and Cassiopeia haven't had new skins in a LONG whIle. Cass' last skin was a little over 2 years ago. Urgot's a little over 3. Taric and Yorick haven't had a new skin in almost 5 years.
