1st new champ to have that, even if it isnt every word its still a big improvement for Rito. Err, i mean human champs.

Rework Poppy’s is animated...not sure if that counts.
Yea, that was the one thing about 
. Super fluid animations, but try to avoid looking at her face when she talks, just head nodding.
All the updated Yordles have fully animated faces, since that's the only expressive part of their body, with the rest being so small.
Poppy has an animated face, Kled probably does (but I don't play him enough so I don't know), and Tristana to a lesser extent (though DT Trist has more facial animation).
