The "Minor Background" characters?

By this I mean people like Shaco, Zac, Nocturne, and all the others who aren't directly involved in a major struggle/story currently, and have backgrounds that kinda just have them being there in the background.

I mean we know so very little about Shaco other than rumors and him generally being a murderer, we know nothing about Zac's activities or actions outside of his background (like does he live in Zaun to protect people, does he travel around Runeterra, etc...).

I mean heck all we know of Nocturne and Fiddlesticks is that they're evil monsters from other dimensions/places, and in Fiddlesticks's case we have absolutely no clue if he has done anything else outside of all the murders he has done in his background.

I will always throw my support behind more Zac. He's technically a bioweapon...why did Zaun need a bioweapon again? There's some plot there.

I think post-Jinx release we don't really need to ask that question.

All interesting characters I'm looking forward to hearing more about! Zac is "(...) A fierce hero, sworn to protect the ordinary, everyday people of Zaun." So he is a Zaunite superhero of sorts, a force for good in the otherwise chaotic and intimidating faction.

As far as we know his "parents", the scientists, are still alive so he isn't just a "loner" character. And he is also friends with Twitch!

ShacoNocturneFiddlesticks will probably be remade lore-wise, all we know is they might end up being connected as they are listed as "Friends".

Shaco was once a normal Demacian by the name of Jacob. He decided to travel about all of Runeterra. After wandering through the Plague Jungle, he was soon assaulted by dark and demented dreams which soon drove him mad. He kept hearing voices speaking of the darkness. Of shadows, of death and how all will be consumed in shadows. Soon, his mind shattered, unable to stand these night terrors any longer. As he collapsed onto the ground in despair, his shadow grew long and tall, forming a whispy figure, the demon who has been the cause of Jacob's madness: Nocturne.

Now a madman, Jacob assumed the name Shaco, unable to make order of the Chaos inside of his mind. Within the jungle, Nocturne led Shaco to an abandoned village. Death filled the air as the smell of blood was fresh. Shaco explored the smalll shacks strewn with dead corpses. Turning over one of the bodies, he found a key about the poor man's neck. There was an odd glow, a dark magic which ebbed and flowed within it. The voice began to speak again. It said to take the keys. Snatching it off of the man's body, Shaco wandered towards the farmland.

Up ahead, in the middle of the crops was a lonely scarecrow, just a sillohuetted figure against the darkness of the night. Black feathers flew in the air as crows took flight, circling ahead as they watched what was to occur. Hollow eyes watched as the keys were placed about the scarecrow's neck. The frantic cries of the crows sounded as a green vitality glowed within the scarecrow's buttoned eyes. With rusted dagger in hand, Shaco raised his blade and cut the creature down from his cross. The body fell flat onto the ground before slowly raising back up on its pegged legs. Reaching his hand out, Shaco took hold of the other's face and ran it into his cloth, ripping at the burlap as a crude mouth was formed.

"What is your bidding, master?"
