@Riot - Still no sign of the Cass tail update on 7.7?

I just checked the latest patchnotes just to see yet another changelist without a single mention of the promised Cass tail-update.

I'd like to remind you that it's been on the PBE for almost 3 months now and it still hasn't made its way onto live-servers, despite a notice in the 7.4 patchnotes claiming the opposite. Did you give up on it for good or what's the reason for this extreme delay?

This issue is the only thing preventing Cass from getting another skin, as long as her tail-mechanics remain outdated she'll never be eligible for a new one. And she's been waiting for OVER 4 years now. Do you understand now why this is so important?
