Should the other Targonian Aspects get a similarly formatted champion title?

for example. It would be more consistent and be informative to players who aren't super keen on lore
Depends on the lore. I really like Taric's "Protector of Valoran" title because it's so central to both his character and the Aspect's combined. Diana being the Scorn of the Moon makes sense to me because before she had powers she still worshipped the moon and felt at home with it, so the entire first half of her lore before the gains powers is summarized in her title way better than Aspect of the Moon.
Pantheon's title is outdated and he'll probably get a full VGU, but I think Aspect of War is pretty boring. Unlike the other aspects, Pantheon basically kills and fully possesses his host, in addition to his enslavement of Aurelion, so I think something like "The Wrath of the Stars" would be better for him.
Interested to read the new champion's lore though, I do think it's a little weird they went with such a bland "Aspect of Twilight" title unless she herself is actually the Aspect, unlike Diana, Leona, and Taric who gain their powers from an Aspect who works with them symbiotically.
I feel like the whole "aspect of something" would get old pretty fast.
