I actually believe it's because in real life, a lot of bees like checking out the pool. Have you ever been to a water park or the beach, and noticed those bees swarming around trash cans? I think Riot is just implementing that scenario with Beemo.

i payed rito the big bucks to get him in there to promote my movie it's called Beemovie. I hope ya like jazz.
He isn't based off of the skin sets placement in the skins, maybe something changes in the future but it's more likely he's in the same set as Beekeeper
