Actually if we are talking about "old school" and "long awaited" skins, I believe Dragon Master Swain is the first that comes to mind.
I just want to see the human versions of

It needs to be a common joke among the community. Star Guardian Urgot wouldn't work because it's new. It has to be one of the jokes that has been around for several seasons.
So... Riot can give the community meme skins like Lil' Devil Teemo and Baker Pantheon, but Graves still can't have his cigar?

I was so disappointing when he wasn't the star guardian reveal. Especially right after baker pantheon and before teemo it would of been perfect.
