This difference is just so astounding I don't even know what to think of it. Like the sci-fi literaturew is FULL of machines achieving sentinence and power for seemingly limitless self-improvement, usually as villains or a crisis to overcome. And Zaun is just like "nah, he's cool."
I still can't wrap my head around this...
I love how blitz is portrayed in this world. Can't stand him in-game, but love him here.
Everyone is just like, oh, yeah, that's like, a fucking, like, sentient machine. Just be chill about it.
Well I mean we have yet to make such a being exist yet have hypothesized and feared it for a long arse time. Zaun made one accidentally and it just ended up following in the footsteps of the man who made it to a degree, so what's the reason to despise Blitz?
Also evil robots is such a tired ass trope. I'm very happy that Blitzcrank couldn't be further away from that idea.
They don't have wifi for the AI to spread in Runeterra. Nor are all of their critical systems connected to networks for AIs to bring crashing down.
I like to think this fear is justified. The reality of it is that in an AU where Blitzcrank helps Viktor create more Blitzcranks it sends the world spiraling down the path of BC/Mecha/Program/Project.
No real explanation as to how artificial intelligence is actually made tho, that was one of the biggest things I was curious about and hoping to learn more from the Zaun LU.

Blitz is assembled by Viktor, yet somehow he implements it with a single desire that ultimately evolves into its full fledged AI. How exactly? I just wish there was an actual explanation behind that. Was it the soul of a deceased Brakern within a Hex crystal that gives blitz his AI? Did Viktor get his hands on the alien artifact from Loki's scepter? Magic? ... Or was it just simply Vik's ingenuity? If so some detail behind that.
