Missed legendary skin opportunities

This might be in a random order so be aware:

Pulsefire shen: 7 months ago, Shen didn't have a new skin since 2013 and 4 years later he received an epic. I think many of us believe that Shen would be eligible for a legendary by now, it would be nice to hear Shen with new dialogue and new visuals.

Resistance Illaoi: This one is mainly based on the hype, I don't think before the community ever had a choice out of 3 skins to choose for the next skin, and with all the WIPs that riot gave us, I and im sure many others believed that this would be a legendary.

Super Galaxy Elise: This one is one of the few that genuinely surprised me, she was literally the main and only antagonist we had in the Super Galaxy universe, giving here a legendary would make a lot of sense since she is the bad guy.

Blood Moon Diana: I know this one caused a lot of uproar with it not being a legendary and I can completely understand, there is no reason why this shouldn't have been a legendary, she is the aspect of the moon and the title of the skin is Blood Moon. IMO the biggest missed opportunity of this list.

True, altho a third Legendary/Ltimate skin based on Pulsefire would've been too much.

  • Perhaps if Shen were to be updated with new voicelines and animations he would recieve special interactions on ALL of his skins, just how like they did witg all 2018 reworks. And every next champion gets more and more voivelines in their non-legendary skins.

  • For Bloodmoon Diana whej I first saw it I thought it was a legendary. I was didappointed when I realized it was an Epic. Just for that cause I think when she gets reworked(just how tuey primised to us even tho they failed twice) is to give this skin more interactions than any other reworked champion skin did.

  • Super Galaxy Elise seems like a legit reason, since that's what they did with Odyssey Kayn.

  • Ressistance Illaoi I have to disagree. I would much rather give a Legendary skin to Battlecast/Ressistance Blitzcrank for the ultimate plot twist and factions between him and Creator Viktor. But again, no can't to, We already have Battlecast Alpha Skarner and Battlecast Omega Cho'Gath.

Maybe they would've given a third legendary skin for another skinline if it were as popular as PRIJECT's skinline(PROJECT: Yi, Ashe and Vayne).

I'm still upset Ahri got the Legendary skin over Soraka in the Star Guardian skin line. She's called the star child, she already has the most protective healer anime-esk personality and this would have been her first legendary skin. it would have been perfect!

Seriously imagine the Star Guardian trailer but with Soraka instead of Ahri, a broken team with a determined member, fighting against fate to protect everyone. does that not sound perfect for Soraka?

lol anyone that believed she'd have a legendary as her first post-release was sadly mistaken. Rumble got one cause his rigging was super bad at the time, and Kayn got one cause he is super popular. Illaoi isn't either of those, so she was gonna have an Epic at highest.

Actually most of us believed he'd get the Ultimate but MF got it instead.
