For how many Ravens there are in his Splash art, there aren't that many Ravens in Swain's ingame particles. Would it be possible to add some Ravens circling around him when he's ulting? Perhaps some Ravens sitting on Terrain, waiting for Swain to proc his passive?
The lack of Ravens is honestly one of my main gripes with his new appearence.

His W should've been a huge-ass bird swooping down instead of just a generic demonic eye, and Swain without Beatrice or his transformation is just heresy.

The idea that he just passively has Ravens around him during the match, perching on terrain sounds pretty damn cool.
Could add a unique interaction if J4 ults him and Swain ults, Ravens line the pit.
I thought he was still going to transform into an EVIL DEMON BIRD FROM THE PITS OF HELL.

You can see ravens around summoner's rift wherever Swain's location is on the map, does that mean you'll be able to tell that Swain is nearby whether you have vision on him or not because of the ravens?

His ultimate is increadibly dissapointing. Where's Bird Mode? Ultimate aside, I was really hoping he used the birds more actively in his abilities. The eye could have been a sudden swarm of birds swooping down. His Q could have been a flurry of conjured birds.

This is a symptom of the problem with the core of swain’s rework: they admitted they didn’t look at old swain to draw on inspiration for the new one. Just another case of Riot “fixing” problems by outright deleting characters, paving over them, and putting something completely different in its place to maximize the dissonance between players’ memories and the new state of the game.
