Riot either is making him the ultimate skin he deserves or is waiting on him to use for a specific thematic.
That's something I like, there are so many alternative lores going on in League right now. The Battlecast, PROJECT, Mecha, now Program... will Riot ever write for any of these alternative lores? Maybe (HOPEFULLY) more animations?
Viktor really needs a new skin
I dont think that Viktor need another futuristic skin, he already has the Full Machine and Creator (Leader of the Battlecast)... Heck, even Prototype and his Classic skin are Cyborgs.
If Riot decides to give him a new skin I guess that it would be more similar to Master Arcanist Ziggs... You know, something more "Fantasy themed"

I doubt we'll get larger lore pieces for these skin-verses anytime soon. I mean the lore team has their hands full with the canon-lore and they should focus on that first.
Viktor cannot have too many futuristic skins! He needs more, even more high tech skins!
