Skinline Reworks and Skin Reworks.

I'll cut to the chase. Will Rioters ever basically "upgrade" a skin? This has been bugging me for a while, especially after Prestige skins were revealed. The only time this happened on purpose was on Pulsefire Ezreal after Pulsefire Caitlyn's release. But they were merely fine tuning it.

Then on Akali's rework, you completely changed Crimson to Infernal. ( Honestly think that was just because her old splash was too gorey. ) Even added additional effects and sounds. You made it into an epic skin.

Nunu's rework made Nunu bot, which was originally rusty and clunky into something that looks like iBlitzcrank.

Should we be expecting more skin fine tuning on a regular basis? For example, giving White Mage Veigar different effects or possibly giving the joke skins like Order of the Banana Soraka a unique recall? What should we be expecting?

Also, do you think you'd ever rework a skinline? For example, Crime City skins could use a splash and visual update.
