Title. We've heard of skins that haven't been released for some reason, have there been any more skins that haven't been released for some reason such as a better skin being made or the skin not matching the champion? Would love to know what may have not been released.

I recall there was exterminator Twitch a long while back that never got release. This was before his VU.
