I'd really like to hear a high-pitched cackle when at low health and using the puddle.

BTW: Love the voice pitch change that you guys added to his voice lines when at low health.

I feel like keeping it be a constant low-pitched cackle makes it feel more threatening, as it is his ultimate after all where he expands into a giant puddle, so it kinda makes sense to leave it as it is.
