I really hope they do think about him after Taric though... Swain was awesome way back in the day but now everyone outclasses him and his age really shows when you think about it.

Oh stop bitching, he's even on the Official Champion Update Schedule. Even in his current state, Taric can still support his team even if he's not the most optimal. Meanwhile Swain is literally outclassed by everyone in every category save perhaps pre-6 poke and has very few redeeming features, not even a Stun that could at least interrupt a channel of some kind.
