Will previous owners of the skin be getting the border? It would suck to have supported the skin right on release and not get representation in the game loading screen.

no. when you got the skin, you didnt know anything about a god damn border. riot didnt give anyone any incentive for getting it early. you dont get a border.

Nope. Availability conditions of the border for Yasuo are unknown still.

no correlation. limited skins were advertised to never come back. so its trash that it would. that NEVER happened for yas. they just released a skin. thats it. stop being so extra.
