Skin rarity?
I don't know much about skins, so I'd like some advice.
I have the shards for Toy Soldier Gangplank and Happy Elf Teemo. Are they at all rare? Wondering if I should disenchant or keep, as I have neither Gangplank nor Teemo.

and neither of them is currently available in the store. I think comes out on Snowdown and is general legacy. They are not extremely rare, but still more than all the other skins available now. My opinion is hang on to them a bit more if you like the champions and plan to buy them soon.
