Any update on the challenger skin we were supposed to get?

I remember reading about something in regards to "looking into what makes the challenger skin line good" ?? it was something along the lines of that which is very interesting to me cause the challenger and victorious skin lines are one of my favorites and sorta bring out the true potential of a champion in a theme form rather than categorize them into a off theme (Star guardian, Project etc.) which is always cool. I think the challenger skins bring out a more sense of professionalism and greater power than a depiction of greatness like the victorious gives off.

But yeah any updates on the new one ??
