If the mistery figure in PROJECT:Overdrive video isn't an upcoming champion...

Riot at any given point works on 4-5 champions right? (I don't remember exactly the number) meaning that currently they have the design and/or set out ideas for the next champions already. Possibly meaning that if the guy in Yi's memory/vision is a new champion it will come out in the next releases, (could be delayed).

So if any of the next 4-5(or so) releases aren't that shadowy figure we saw, then should we assume it's an existing character in some champion's lore?

Addressing to you Riot, or even Bio who likes to hang around, even if you know nothing about it, what do you think?

Why not give us more information on his background?

Is the community forever bound to be kept in the dark in relation to existing content? I assume he had his background story written even if just for his one appearance in the Overdrive video. I doubt it goes like "let's make Yi delusional and torment him with visions of some mistery guy" - "ok, who's the guy" - "I don't know, we invent something later"
