Sion is quite the big boy I imagine, taller then 2m human beings I assume, maybe even 3 of them stacked.

Now, it depends on the head size, but wouldn't a human's crown be too small for Sion's jaw? Ofc, Sion might not be that big - but I prefer to believe Jarvan I was a giant c::
