Human Ryze skin discrepancies?

This may just be an issue of my browser incorrectly loading the model, or perhaps the model-viewer itself glitching out somehow, but it seems like the new Human Ryze model on the Champion Update: Ryze page doesn't match the new splash art that he's been given; he has no hair or shirt on the new model in spite of having it in the splash art:

Anyone else seeing this?
